Our Tea Tree, Ichthyol PALE Acne Ointment is carefully crafted with only the finest naturally-sourced ingredients and has been proven to reduce redness, inflammation, blemishes and acne.
- It is recommended that you only use kaolin clay masks 2 - 3 times a week.
- Helps with red or inflamed skin.
- Great for combating acne prone skin, eczema and psoriases.
- Can also be used to sooth bug bites.
Salicylic acid is a "lipid-soluble" ingredient, which means it can effectively penetrate your pores. This makes it especially useful for oily and acne-prone skin also known as blackheads because it helps unclog pores and keep them free of acne-causing debris.

As this is a Customized Product allow 10 working days (2 weeks) for production. Kindly note that we might finish earlier if there are no backlogs.
We do not work on weekends and public holidays.
Kindly provide us with your nearest Pep for PAXI on "ADD NOTE" at the checkout page. (7-9 Working Days) if you stay in rural areas or high risk areas.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Please choose Products carefully and double check your order before checking out. Once the order has been sent through we are not obliged to refund or exchange goods.
2. We will gladly refund and exchange faulty products or incorrect shipment FREE of charge 1- 3 days after delivery. Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics will require a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number and description.
3. Fancy Sapphire reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above procedure is not commenced within 3 business days of you recieving the goods.
4. Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse a return of any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
5. No refunds on Personalised/Own Brand products. In cases where you cancel the order and the order is not complete yet a cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount will be applied + R250 Logo design fee + R50 for Black Printed Labels and/or an additional R50 for Colour Printing + Applied Banking fees for the refund or R50 for immediate payment. If your order is complete then you will forfeit 100% of your payment. In cases where it is a Bespoke order you will forfeit 100% of your payment.
