All Customized/Own Brand/Personalized Orders are processed within 10 working days. Delivery will take a further 2 - 3 business/working days (applicable in SA), allow an extra day or two for outlying areas. 
Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may incur an additional fee.
