Delivery and Shipping Policy

For Customized Products allow 10 working days (2 weeks) for production. Kindly note that we might finish earlier if there are no backlogs.

Kindly provide us with your nearest Pep for PAXI on "ADD NOTE" at the checkout page. (7-9 Working Days) if you stay in rural areas or high risk areas.

Delivery will take 2 - 3 business days, allow for an extra day or two for outlying areas. 
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched, Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics cannot alter your address. If your address is incorrect you will be charged the return to Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics as well as the resend postage rates.
Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the buyer's responsibility to liaise with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
No deliveries and collections will be made during weekends and public holidays.
