Return and Refund Policy

1. Please choose Products carefully and double check your order before checking out. Once the order has been sent through we are not obliged to refund or exchange goods.
2. We will gladly refund and exchange faulty products or incorrect shipment FREE of charge 1- 3 days after delivery. Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics will require a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number and description.
3. Fancy Sapphire reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above procedure is not commenced within 3 business days of you receiving the goods.
4. Fancy Sapphire Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse a return of any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.

5. No refunds on Personalised/Own Brand products. In cases where you cancel the order and the order is not complete yet a cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount will be applied + R250 Logo design fee + R50 for Black Printed Labels and/or an additional R50 for Colour Printing + Applied Banking fees for the refund or R50 for immediate payment. If your order is complete then you will forfeit 100% of your payment. In cases where it is a Bespoke order you will forfeit 100% of your payment.
